I was very excited that I got chosen to be a guest designer again. This time it was for DiddyDoodles. PK and I love entering their challenges...any kids challenge really! I loved colouring this image of a spring girl in rubber boots. It must be a Polkadoodles digi. Anyhow their theme is good luck so I added this good luck freebie I got a long time ago from Netty's Cards. Not sure if you can see it but I popped up the balloon too.
